Over ten nurturing days, you’ll journey through India’s rich heritage and natural beauty — beginning in Delhi, where modern vibrancy meets timeless tradition, then continuing to Agra to witness the breathtaking Taj Mahal and other architectural marvels that reflect India’s deep cultural soul.
From there, we’ll travel north to the peaceful Himalayan foothills, where the rhythm of life slows and nature takes centre stage. At Arkja Cottages near Dehradun, you’ll begin each morning with movement and mindfulness, enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals, and find time to rest, reflect, and simply be. Surrounded by nature and supported by a small, like-minded community, this is your opportunity to recharge, realign, and rediscover balance — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

The India Yoga & Pilates Retreat 2026 will take place from Friday, 23rd October to Sunday, 1st November 2026 — a rejuvenating 10-day experience that begins in Delhi, explores the timeless beauty of Agra, and then unfolds in the peaceful mountain surroundings of Arkja Cottages near Dehradun, before returning to Delhi for departure.
Carefully planned for comfort and balance, this retreat allows time to explore India’s heritage at an unhurried pace, then sink deeply into stillness and renewal amidst nature in the Himalayas.
Weather
Late October is one of the best times to visit northern India — offering pleasant weather both in the plains and in the mountains.
In Delhi and Agra, expect mild and sunny days around 28–30°C, perfect for sightseeing and relaxed travel.
As we journey north to Dehradun and Arkja, the air turns cooler and crisper.
Days average around 22–26°C, ideal for yoga and outdoor practice, while evenings dip to 12–15°C, inviting cozy gatherings and peaceful rest.
With the monsoon just past, the hills are lush and green, the air clear, and the atmosphere serene — a perfect setting for inner balance, exploration, and rejuvenation.

You’ll receive a reminder closer to the due date.
Once your booking deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your reserved accommodation details and retreat overview.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considerate:

Cancellations made on or before 15th April 2026:
Only the initial £200 deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made after 15th April 2026 and up to 90 days before the retreat start date:
A 50% deduction of the total retreat cost will apply.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date:
A 100% deduction of the total retreat cost will apply.

Transfer Option:
Your booking is fully transferable, giving you peace of mind when making your plans. If you’re unable to attend and can find someone to take your place, no deductions will be made, and your payment will be applied to the new participant.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we simply ask that the transfer be confirmed in writing at least 30 days before the retreat start date. All payment arrangements between the original participant and the replacement can be handled directly between you. We’ll then update our records and warmly welcome the new guest into the group.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

Her classes blend mindful movement with alignment-based instruction, creating space for transformation — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
