No prior experience is necessary. The retreat is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to regular practitioners. Every session includes modifications and individual guidance so you can move at your own pace.

We’ll explore a balanced blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and Pilates-based strengthening work. Each day focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation.

Typically two structured sessions — one in the morning (yoga/meditation) and one in the afternoon (Pilates/stretch). Some days may include additional workshops or outdoor activities such as hikes or sightseeing.

You’ll be staying at Arkja Cottages, a serene property nestled in the mountains near Dehradun. Cottages are beautifully furnished with ensuite bathrooms and mountain views.

All meals are wholesome vegetarian dishes prepared fresh daily — inspired by local mountain produce. The menu follows sattvic principles, keeping meals light, nourishing, and full of flavour.

Yes. Please share any allergies or dietary needs when booking, and the kitchen team will do their best to accommodate them.

How do I book my spot?

Reserve your place with a 15 % deposit directly through our website (Wix payment). You’ll receive confirmation right away. The remaining 85 % balance is due by May 2026 via bank transfer.

Is my booking transferable?

Yes! If you can no longer attend and find someone to take your place, your booking can be transferred with no deductions — just let us know at least 30 days before the retreat.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellations on or before April 2026 — deposit forfeited.
 • After April 2026 and up to 90 days before retreat — 50 % deduction.
 • Within 90 days of start — 100 % deduction.
If we ever cancel the retreat, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

What will the weather be like in October?

October brings clear skies, lush scenery, and pleasant temperatures — around 22–26 °C by day and 12–15 °C at night. Pack layers for cool evenings.

What should I pack?

Comfortable yoga clothes, light layers, walking shoes for excursions, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and a small journal for reflection. Yoga mats and props will be provided.

Is travel insurance required?

Yes, all guests must arrange personal travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, delays, and healthcare while abroad.
